Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

At Hellou Design Studio LLC, we strive to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. Below you will find our policy for returns, refunds and exchanges:

General Policy

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive products that are free from defects and as described. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us immediately.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Please provide your name, order number and photographs that clearly show the defect.

  3. We may require 100% refund of the defective order for verification.

Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with a valid proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be pre-approved in writing by our Returns Department at helloudesignstudio@gmail.com.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • If we verify that there was a manufacturing defect in the product.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately five (5) business days of receipt of the returned product.

  • The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that it may take longer than two weeks for PayPal and/or your financial institution to reflect the credit on your transaction. If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at helloudesignstudio@gmail.com.

Changes

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at helloudesignstudio@gmail.com and you may need to send your item to: Hellou Design Studio LLC, 1802 Calle Alcazar suite 104 Ponce, Puerto Rico 00716. Depending on your location, the time it may take to receive your exchange product may vary.

Additional Notes

  • We do not issue refunds or reprints for errors such as incorrect size ordered, design errors, or changes of mind once the order has been printed.

  • Products designated as non-returnable that were properly delivered do not qualify for refunds.

  • We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
